1-2-1 class Private tuition will provide a totally unique and tailored class to suit your needs.

Following an initial  assessment,   I will be able to put together a class programme to suit your needs. For example:

  • Therapeutic Yoga i.e.  reducing stress,  post-operative, injury rehabilitation,  fatigue, irritable bowel syndrome and insomnia.
  • Beginners Yoga focusing on the founding principles of posture, breath work and relaxation.
  • Intermediate and Advanced Yoga to deepen and build on the founding principles of yoga.

You and your 1-2-1 Tuition

The world you live in is often very busy, whether you have a hectic career or not,  have children or parents to look after, perhaps, you may rush around all day and before you know it, the day has gone only to be repeated the next day and so on.

Imagine, just for a moment, standing still, there is no where you need to be, nobody you need to speak to and no chores to complete.  The quiet, stillness and space beckon you to indulge.

With the benefit of my undivided attention, I will help you to leave your busy life behind, so you can  focus entirely on your practice, acknowledging solely what your body and breath are experiencing in the ‘here and now’. A place we rarely catch a glimpse of these days.

As a result, your body will benefit from the attention you place on your yoga practice. You will be aware of the specific muscles used for each posture, acknowledge where the restrictions or weaknesses are and learn to work with your breath to release / surrender further. Your body will be strengthened, you will feel ‘connected’ and more ‘grounded’  bringing with it an increase in your confidence and empowerment. Of course, you will also be boosting your immune system by stimulated blood flow and the lymphatic system which assists in the elimination of the bodies toxins.

Empowering Yoga will not only improve your physical health, but your mind will be eternally grateful for the break from the barrage of thoughts that it usually endures. You will be rewarded with clarity and lightness,  releasing tension not only in your mind but your entire body.
