Outdoor Yoga at Grim’s Dyke Hotel


Grim's Dyke Rose GardenI am very excited to launch a new weekly Summer class, set in the tranquil Rose Garden of the Grim’s Dyke Hotel, Harrow Weald.

Join me for an Empowering Yoga practice with the birds singing & the trees swishing. Without the confines of walls & a ceiling, the Rose Garden amidst 40 acres of woodlands is a wonderful setting.

I will guide you through a modern fusion of Hatha Yoga with the principles of Vinyasa Yoga. Each class encompassing a range of free flowing movements from mindful postures to empowering and dynamic sequences all incorporating the breath.

Please Note :
  • Class Cancellations: Classes will be held every Saturday. However, in the event of poor weather, class may need to be cancelled. A decision will be made 24 hours in advance and notifications will be sent out to all booked students by email or Facebook. Always assume class will be taking place unless you receive a notification stating otherwise. If a class is cancelled you will can have a credit against a future class or receive a refund.

  • Clothing: When practising any form of exercise outdoors it is really important to ensure you have the right clothing to ensure your comfort. What starts off to be a breezy, cloudy day could turn into a blazing hot morning & vice versa . Wearing layers is a good solution, and I strongly recommend a shawl or pashmina to wrap around your shoulders for any change.
