Lemon & Ginger Zing 

Ease into your day with a lemon and ginger zing. During your sleeping hours, the digestion system slows down and takes a rest from it’s busy daytime duties.  Be kind to yourself and gently wake up the digestion instead of shocking it into action with a strong coffee or cooked food.
