NEW Class opening at The Windmill Studio Centre, Ruislip Manor yoga in the workplace

Would you like to join a yoga class but feel a bit intimidated to join a regular class with experienced students ?

Yoga is non-religious, open to all and non-competitive. I am offering a brand new class for beginners like you. Don’t miss out on the benefits that yoga has to offer, join me, Joanne and learn the founding principles of basic yoga postures, breathing and relaxation to align both mind and body.

pigeon posture I will guide you step by step through the class helping you to build strong foundations, paying close attention to individual adjustment. I encourage each student to work at their own pace, encouraging the body & mind to gain suppleness & strength, in time, without pressure or intensity.

My new yoga for beginners class will be taking place at The Windmill Studio Centre, Ruislip Manor, a lovely centre offering a variety of complementary therapies and fitness classes.

The Windmill Studio Centre are hosting ‘An Evening of Delight Pamper Night‘  on Friday 8th February, and invite you to experience taster classes and therapies at the centre.  I will be teaching a 30 minute Empowering Yoga for beginners taster class, this is a great opportunity for you to trial the class before the start of the term.
