1. LIABILITY WAIVER:

By registering with Empowering Yoga, you are in agreement:
Online classes -If you have any injuries, medical conditions or other limitations, it is essential that you consult your doctor or consultant prior to taking part in online classes.
By Joining our online classes you automatically accept full responsibility for your own safety and recognise that in absence of a teacher physically present to advise,
it is your duty to take full responsibility to ensure that you stay within your physical limits. Neither Empowering Yoga Limited nor the instructor shall bear any responsibility
for any injury sustained within the scope of your participation in our online sessions.
We do not permit pregnant students into general classes as there are contraindications which can not be accommodated in a virtual class setting.
General & Studio classes - That you are participating voluntarily in a class or workshop offered by Empowering Yoga. You recognise that yoga requires physical exertion that may
be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and you are fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. You represent and warrant that you are physically fit and you have no medical condition
that would prevent your full participation and you agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result of
participating in the program.
You understand that you may receive physical assists or adjustments to enhance or correct your body posture during class by either the teacher or an assistant in class.
You will take accountability for alerting the teacher and assistant of any injury or impairment in advance before class begins or if you do not want to receive any assists.
You understand that Empowering Yoga reserves the right to make alterations to the timetable, instructors and/or equipment,
terms and conditions as well as to those ancillary facilities (e.g. showers), provided to members and on occasion with minimal notice.
You understand that photos and videos may be taken of the class and used by Empowering Yoga.
You knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim you may have against Empowering Yoga for injury or damages that you may sustain as a result of participating in the program.
You, your heirs or legal representatives forever release waive, discharge and covenant not to sue for any injury or accident caused by their negligence or other acts.

You understand that an area for personal belongings is available during class, however, you agree that Empowering Yoga is in no way responsible for the loss or damage of any of
your belongings while you attend class

2. CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel a pre-booked class up to 12 hours before the class. If you do not cancel, you will be charged and the class will not be refunded.
All classes and workshops purchased at the studio or online are non-refundable.
Empowering Yoga reserves the right to cancel the course or workshop at any time. If the course or workshop is cancelled prior to the starting date, it may be rescheduled and
if students cannot attend the new course or workshop, 100% refunds will be made, or the option of being transferred to another workshop or course of equal value.
Empowering yoga is not responsible for any costs, such as transportation, accommodation or any additional loss.
If you would like to give your space to another client you must email us with their name to update the records and to ensure they have signed the waiver.
Course prices will not be prorated if you are not able to attend all of the sessions.



3. TERMS & CONDITIONS
ONLINE CLASSES (ZOOM)
1 pay as you go class is available - valid for 1 month (as of purchase date)
1 x 60 min family/household class - valid for 1 month (as of purchase date)
8 x 60 min class pack is available - valid for 3 months (as of purchase date)

OUTDOOR PARK CLASSES
1 x trial class is an introductory offer for new students only - valid for 1 month
1 x 60 minute class - valid for 1 month (as of purchase date)
1 x 75 minute class - valid for 1 month (as of purchase date)

STUDIO CLASSES
1, 5 and10 Class Packs are available.
Class Packs can be shared by creating relationships on your MindBody profile only
1 class pack is valid for 21 days (as of purchase date).
5 class pack is valid for 2 months (as of purchase date).
10 Class Pack is valid for 4 months (as of purchase date).
Class Packs are not extendable.
Class Packs are not refundable.
WORKSHOPS
Workshop bookings are valid for 2 months (as of purchase date).
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers for private tuition and group classes are valid for 6 months (as of purchase date) unless otherwise agreed in writing by Empowering Yoga and are non-refundable.
CLIENT REWARD SCHEME -
FRIEND REFERRAL - 10 referral points are given to both the friend & the current client once the referred client has booked their first class.
CLASS PURCHASE REWARDS - Points can be redeemed once 80 points have been accrued and cannot be used as part payment.
EXPIRY - Rewards are valid for 6 months.

INTRODUCTORY STUDIO OFFER
Introductory Offer is available to new customers only.
Only 1 purchase per customer
Expires in 21 days after the sale date.
Workshops and courses are not included in the Introductory Offer.
Offer cannot be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, and/or offer.
Offer is not refundable.
Offer cannot be sold or otherwise bartered.

BOOKING CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS IN ADVANCE
You may book in advance for classes, workshops online or in studio (we do not accept class bookings over the phone or email).
Our classes usually sell out so we recommend booking in advance to secure a place.
If a class or workshops is fully booked in advance, you can add yourself to the waiting list and you will be notified by email if a place becomes available depending on whether
there are any last minute cancellations.

PRIVATE TUITION CANCELLATION POLICY
Where possible we will work to rearrange your class without cost.
However, should you cancel your class in the preceding 48 hours, the cancellation fee will be 50%, if the cancellation is within 24 hours prior to the class, the full fee is payable.
LATE-COMERS POLICY
Latecomers will only be admitted into a 90 minute class if they can be on the mat within the first 15 minutes of the class.
Late comers will only be admitted into a 60 minute class if they can be on the mat within the first 10 minutes of the class.
MERCHANDISE
Merchandise and retail items purchased at the studio (excluding yoga mats or opened products/packaging) can be returned and exchanged for a like product. This is only possible if returned within 14 days.

By signing up to receive our newsletter you are consenting to receive marketing communications from us about news, upcoming events and special offers. You can unsubscribe from

Where we engage third party contractors (e.g. teachers ) to perform services for us, those third party contractors may be required to handle your personal information.

MindBody Online
Empowering Yoga makes use of third party software to manage bookings, such as MindBody Online. Mindbody Online stores all data in servers and backup servers located in the United States.
